For open-ear earbuds with a symmetrical form factor, SMA Watch identifies left and right wear orientation and automatically maps the correct audio channel. Users can pick up either earbud and wear it naturally.

SMA Watch monitors neck load and posture patterns to support long-term neck health insights. When prolonged head-down work or gaming is detected, the system records posture data and can deliver timely reminders alongside guided relief content.

SMA Watch estimates steps, cadence and movement intensity from ear-worn motion signals, helping users track daily activity without relying solely on a wrist device.
