Production capacity

The factory is equipped with 20+ modern production lines, with a monthly production capacity exceeding 200,000 units; it also features a 20,000㎡ constant temperature and humidity warehouse to ensure the storage and management of materials and finished products in a stable environment. Equipped with over 100 professional production and testing devices, including over 30 complete high-precision manufacturing and waterproof testing devices, the entire system enables controllable processes from dispensing and sealing, structural bonding, airtightness testing, to overall waterproof testing, meeting the requirements for stable mass production of high-standard waterproof products.

Qualification Certification

SMA strictly adheres to international standards and has passed numerous global certifications, including ISO, BSCI, CE, RoHS, and FCC, and holds over 300 software copyrights and intellectual property certificates. 2014 
 Shenzhen Smart Care Technology Limited. was established, becoming a leading ODM one-stop solution provider in the smart wearable industry.
2015 Shenzhen Smart Care Technology Limited has established its own factory covering an area of ​​over 2,000 square meters and has passed ISO9001 and BSCI certifications.
2016 We developed several high-performance, cost-effective products that are popular with brand owners and completed the construction of an ERP system.
2017 
 Increase R&D investment and begin technology development based on multiple chip platforms in the smart wearable industry.
2018
 Shenzhen Smart Care Technology Limited has launched several GPS smart sports watches, including the F2, R3, R7, and M models. It has also established deep strategic partnerships with leading industry brands such as Cellularline, Boat, Noise, Timex, and Polaroid, and has been recognized as a "High-Tech Enterprise."
2019
 The factory area has increased to more than 4,000 square meters, and multiple SMT production lines have been established.
2020
 The company has more than 500 employees, with R&D personnel accounting for over 20%, and monthly production capacity has climbed to 500,000 units.
2021 The factory area has expanded to over 8,000 square meters, and the number of SMT production lines has increased to 7, with monthly production capacity exceeding 800,000 units.
2022
 We continue to increase our R&D investment in technological innovation and have established strategic partnerships with leading chip platforms in the smart wearable industry, such as JL, SiChe, and Spreadtrum.
2023 We have developed and mass-produced multiple GPS smart sports watches and 4G independent calling smart watches. We have more than 10 SMT production lines, and the number of activated devices per month exceeds 200,000.
2024
 The company expanded its independent factory area to over 10,000 square meters and established in-depth cooperation with well-known domestic consumer electronics brands Konka and Black Shark. In the same year, it opened an overseas branch factory in India, and the company's total monthly production capacity exceeded 1 million units.
